Delivery Management Business Technology Analyst

Work you'll do

This role supports technology-enabled transformation efforts that improve how organizations serve customers and constituents. The Delivery Management Engineer I will help translate business needs into clear, user-centered solutions by contributing to requirements gathering, design documentation, delivery coordination, and implementation activities. This role is well suited for candidates with backgrounds in user experience and visual design who are interested in bridging business objectives, customer experience, and technology delivery. You will work across cross-functional teams to support digital products, service experiences, and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment.

As a Delivery Management Engineer I on the Human Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
  • Support project teams in gathering, documenting, and organizing business, functional, and user experience requirements for digital transformation initiatives
  • Create and maintain design and delivery artifacts such as wireframes, mockups, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and presentation materials
  • Collaborate with business, product, design, and technology stakeholders to align user needs, visual design considerations, and implementation requirements
  • Assist with Agile delivery activities, including backlog support, status tracking, testing coordination, and issue management across project workstreams
  • Contribute to the development of client-ready materials and recommendations that support human-centered design, service delivery improvement, and technology modernization

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in user experience design, visual design, business analysis, product delivery, or technology consulting
  • 1+ years of experience creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, or other design artifacts using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
  • 1+ years of experience documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, or functional specifications for technology-enabled initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word in a professional setting
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting government, public sector, or higher education clients
  • Experience with human services, eligibility systems, case management platforms, or constituent-facing digital services
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, workshops, or journey mapping activities
  • Experience designing to accessibility standards, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, or data visualization tools

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,700 to $127,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
