As a Delivery Manager at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will lead teams in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity while articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Leading software engineering teams in developing innovative applications to drive digital transformation
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in the design, coding, and testing of software solutions that enhance user experiences
- Utilizing application development frameworks and methodologies to improve software quality and performance
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain consistency and reliability
- Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage growth beyond comfort zones
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Promoting continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
