Delivery Manager (AI)

As the Delivery Manager (AI), you will align stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure quality across cloud-oriented deliveries and digital initiatives. Responsibilities

• Manage delivery from initiation to close and ensure outcomes match company objectives
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders across the project timeline
• Create planning structures with feasible schedules, key milestones, and appropriate resource allocation
• Track multiple concurrent projects, anticipating risks and acting early to mitigate them
• Lead regular reporting cycles and present progress to executives and other stakeholders
• Strengthen client relationships built on trust to clarify evolving needs and desired results
• Direct cross-functional teams and reinforce accountability shared across departments
• Adapt scope, budget boundaries, and timing plans when circumstances change
• Recommend process enhancements and roll out more efficient ways of working across projects
• Coach and support team members through impediments and clear delivery blockers
• Apply rigorous quality controls throughout every stage of project delivery
• Support staffing and team-setup decisions based on delivery requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a technical engineering discipline
• At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles
• Validated results delivering projects with teams of 5+ full-time contributors
• Well-rounded solution architecture expertise with practical work on Agentic AI
• Working Python scripting ability and a baseline understanding of essential AI technology
• Broad exposure to Project Management and Delivery Management across multiple project types
• Practical experience in Digital Project Management
• Familiarity with Delivery Management for cloud-based systems and infrastructure
• Involvement in Digital Marketing Project Management, supporting campaign rollout
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
