Delivery Manager (AI)

We are hiring a Delivery Manager (AI) to coordinate complex AI deliveries and ensure teams ship results that match strategic priorities. You will manage cross-team communication, oversee schedules and budgets, and leverage Python plus core AI knowledge, including Agentic AI, to keep execution on course. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from project kickoff to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate communication as the main link between internal departments and external collaborators
• Establish project plans with achievable dates, major milestones, and sensible resource allocation
• Manage several initiatives at once, monitor risks, and apply timely remedies
• Conduct regular status meetings and share updates with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Maintain reliable client relationships to track changing requirements and expected outcomes
• Direct cross-functional teams and promote shared responsibility and ownership
• Revise scope, budget limits, and schedules when flexibility is required
• Evaluate delivery processes and introduce improvements and better practices across engagements
• Assist team members in resolving issues and removing blockers that reduce effectiveness
• Apply consistent quality standards throughout each stage of delivery
• Support staffing decisions by providing input on team structure for each project

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience grounded in technical engineering work
• 2+ years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-type positions
• History of successfully delivering projects involving teams of 5+ full-time employees
• Advanced solution architecture expertise with hands-on capability in Agentic AI
• Practical Python scripting skills and a working understanding of fundamental AI technologies
• Experience spanning Project Management and Delivery Management across multiple project categories
• Direct participation in Digital Project Management work
• Knowledge of Delivery Management in cloud infrastructure and related environments
• Exposure to Digital Marketing Project Management, supporting marketing initiatives and campaign execution
• English proficiency of at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
