Delivery Manager (AI)

Our team is looking for a Delivery Manager who combines deep AI knowledge with strong project leadership skills. You will oversee meaningful technology work in a high-energy organization that encourages creative problem-solving and close collaboration. Responsibilities

• Lead programs across the entire delivery journey and validate that completed outcomes advance organizational priorities
• Operate as the key connection between internal contributors and external partners during project execution
• Create practical project roadmaps that cover delivery dates, measurable milestones, and efficient distribution of resources
• Track several simultaneous initiatives, anticipate potential risks, and coordinate resolution actions when required
• Chair regular status meetings and communicate concise project updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain productive client relationships by monitoring changing priorities and aligning on desired results
• Coordinate teams with different areas of expertise, encouraging collaborative ownership and individual accountability
• Revise project objectives, approved funding, and target dates through stakeholder discussions as conditions shift
• Strengthen delivery performance by discovering improvement opportunities and implementing more effective processes
• Support contributors in addressing difficult problems and remove dependencies that slow their progress
• Protect agreed quality standards throughout planning, execution, and closeout activities
• Contribute to resource-planning discussions by recommending staffing approaches and team configurations

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of applicable experience in engineering, technology delivery, or a similar technical setting
• At least two years spent in a senior, lead, managerial, or owner-level role
• Proven ability to lead projects involving five or more full-time team members
• Comprehensive understanding of solution architecture with hands-on exposure to Agentic AI capabilities
• Experience writing Python scripts and knowledge of foundational AI technologies
• Strong experience with project management and delivery management methods across diverse delivery models
• Direct experience using digital project management techniques for technology-focused work
• Familiarity with delivery management for cloud systems, platforms, and infrastructure
• Background coordinating digital marketing projects that support campaigns and related business activities
• Professional English skills at B2 proficiency or higher

• A certification relevant to product management responsibilities would be beneficial
