Delivery Manager (AI)

We are scaling delivery practices for AI initiatives by coordinating teams and keeping programs aligned to company priorities. In this Delivery Manager (AI) role, you will manage dependencies, communicate with stakeholders, and guide execution across varied project formats in a cloud-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Guide projects end to end and confirm results remain tied to company-level goals
• Represent the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout delivery
• Establish delivery plans with achievable timelines, meaningful milestones, and sensible resource plans
• Manage several initiatives simultaneously, surfacing risks early and resolving them before impact
• Facilitate recurring progress check-ins and share updates with executives and relevant groups
• Cultivate durable client partnerships to stay current on shifting needs and target outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and promote shared ownership across departments
• Recalibrate project scope, cost limits, and schedules when change is required
• Evaluate current processes and implement improvements that increase efficiency across projects
• Assist teammates in overcoming challenges and remove friction that slows their work
• Enforce quality standards across all phases of the delivery lifecycle
• Participate in staffing and team-structure decisions based on each project’s demands

Requirements

• 5 years of professional background in a technical engineering discipline
• 2 years of experience serving in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level positions
• Proven ability to run projects with 5+ full-time contributors involved
• Strong solution architecture knowledge combined with hands-on Agentic AI expertise
• Python scripting experience with foundational knowledge of essential AI technology
• Extensive practice in both Project Management and Delivery Management across different delivery models
• Hands-on work in Digital Project Management settings
• Working understanding of Delivery Management for cloud systems and infrastructure
• Experience in Digital Marketing Project Management, contributing to campaign execution
• English language skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
