Delivery Manager (AI)

Responsibilities

• Direct projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle and confirm that completed work advances business objectives
• Maintain clear communication between internal departments and external stakeholders as the primary project liaison
• Shape project roadmaps by defining realistic delivery dates, key checkpoints, and effective capacity allocation
• Oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives and resolve potential risks before they affect agreed commitments
• Run regular delivery reviews and share timely updates with executives and other interested parties
• Strengthen client partnerships through proactive engagement and close attention to evolving priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster a culture of transparency, responsibility, and joint commitment
• Renegotiate project requirements, financial boundaries, and timelines when changing circumstances demand flexibility
• Identify opportunities to improve working practices and implement enhancements across active projects
• Assist team members in resolving challenges and eliminate impediments that limit productivity
• Ensure agreed quality standards are maintained at every stage of the delivery journey
• Provide input into workforce planning by aligning staffing decisions with initiative-specific needs

Requirements

• Five or more years of hands-on experience in a technical engineering discipline
• At least two years of experience carrying senior, leadership, managerial, or ownership responsibilities
• A proven record of managing engagements involving teams of no fewer than five full-time professionals
• Applied Agentic AI expertise alongside a deep understanding of solution architecture principles
• Working proficiency with Python scripts and familiarity with essential AI concepts and technologies
• Extensive experience in both project governance and delivery leadership across different project models
• Hands-on involvement in digital project management for technology-led initiatives
• Knowledge of cloud-focused delivery management and related infrastructure coordination
• Background in managing digital marketing workstreams, including campaign execution activities
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective written and verbal collaboration
