Delivery Manager - AI Focus

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to lead delivery for initiatives that rely on strong AI know-how and disciplined execution. You will partner with teams across the organization to plan milestones, manage risks, and keep multiple workstreams on track. Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery while keeping outputs tied to company goals
• Act as the central contact point between internal stakeholders and external partners during the project
• Define delivery plans by setting achievable timelines, milestone checkpoints, and appropriate resourcing
• Track several projects at once, proactively detect risks, and coordinate rapid mitigation
• Run regular project status meetings and deliver clear updates to executives and other audiences
• Build and sustain client partnerships to stay current on changing priorities and delivery expectations
• Direct cross-functional teams and reinforce a culture of ownership and responsibility
• Rework scope, budget, and schedules as requirements shift and constraints evolve
• Spot ways to improve delivery processes and implement stronger working methods
• Remove impediments and help teammates resolve problems that slow progress
• Ensure quality gates and controls are followed throughout the delivery stages
• Assist with shaping team composition and staffing based on project demands

Requirements

• No less than 5 years of relevant experience in a technical engineering field
• At least 2 years of experience in positions such as Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner
• Verified results delivering projects with 5+ full-time team members
• Strong capability in solution architecture paired with hands-on Agentic AI experience
• Working Python scripting skills and a baseline grasp of core AI technologies
• Well-rounded background covering Project Management and Delivery Management across different project types
• Dedicated experience in Digital Project Management settings
• Knowledge of Delivery Management for cloud platforms and related infrastructure
• Experience in Digital Marketing Project Management supporting marketing campaign delivery
• Strong English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
