About the role

A Singapore public sector agency is building an AI-powered document processing and case intelligence platform. You'll sit between business stakeholders and the delivery team, turning operational and regulatory needs into a prioritised, sprint-ready backlog and keeping delivery on track. Agile delivery in a small squad.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop the product vision with the client and ensure it delivers material value

  • Conduct operations redesign to drive efficiency and effectiveness against the future-state vision

  • Translate the product vision into features

  • Document user stories for each capability domain required to achieve the product vision

  • Work with the business owner to groom and prioritise the product backlog

  • Ensure backlog items are sufficiently analysed, documented and ready for sprint planning and development

  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across business stakeholders and the delivery team, including tracking of sprint commitments, actions, dependencies, decisions and impediments

  • Define integration requirements to enable smooth integration between the AI tooling and the case management system

  • Perform business review to ensure product quality during each sprint

  • Demo the product increment during sprint demos

About you

  • Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience

  • Experience in operations transformation and product vision & architecture within a legal, regulatory or compliance operations domain

  • Experience developing systems that handle sensitive and personal information

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to engage and pitch to stakeholders effectively
