Your Opportunity
As the Delivery Manager - Cyber, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood, priorities are clear and delivery remains aligned to Cuscal’s broader business objectives. You will manage dependencies, track activity against schedules, identify risks, remove blockers and support change adoption across customers and colleagues.
You will act as a key conduit between business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams, ensuring cyber initiatives are delivered with strong governance, clear communication and a focus on business value.
You’ll also work closely with teams across Cyber Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Cloud, Application and API delivery, Product, Service Operations, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance and project delivery teams.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Managing the scope, quality and budget of cyber and technology initiatives.
- Delivering initiatives in line with relevant delivery frameworks, enterprise governance requirements and business priorities.
- Working closely with business and technology leaders to identify, evaluate, prioritise and schedule new initiatives.
- Ensuring delivery solutions align with technology roadmaps, business goals and portfolio priorities.
- Building strong relationships across delivery teams, business units, strategic partners, internal customers and external stakeholders.
- Managing scope changes, variations, risks and dependencies in a proactive and commercially aware way.
- Providing regular delivery updates with meaningful insights around portfolio health, short-term planning and long-term delivery challenges.
- Translating strategies into clear outcomes and initiatives that improve delivery throughput.
- Leading change within the portfolio and supporting a one-team mindset focused on outcomes.
- Managing project finances, including budgets, financial plans, variances, efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Applying good risk management practices in line with Cuscal’s risk and compliance framework, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring risks, controls, incidents and issues are captured and maintained in iRisk in a timely and accurate manner.
- Engaging with risk, compliance and governance stakeholders to support safe and controlled delivery.
