Delivery Manager - Digital Acquisition Apps

Role Overview :
A leading financial services company is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of digital customer acquisition and onboarding applications for its retail lending business.
The role covers web and mobile journeys, lead management, digital KYC, credit decisioning integrations, and loan origination workflows.
The position is responsible for delivery execution, release governance, application stability, regulatory alignment, and coordination across technology, business, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital acquisition and onboarding application enhancements and new features.
- Drive delivery planning, timelines, dependencies, and execution across engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, and external vendors.
- Govern release calendars, production deployments, change management, rollback readiness, and post-release monitoring.
- Ensure application performance, stability, quality, and compliance with applicable regulatory, KYC, privacy, and consent requirements.
- Coordinate with Product, Business, Risk, and Compliance teams on requirements, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Track vendor milestones, service-level agreements, deliverable quality, and adherence to security and data-handling policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 8 - 14 years of experience in technology delivery roles within banks, non-banking financial companies, or fintech companies.
- Hands-on experience delivering digital customer acquisition or onboarding platforms.
- Strong understanding of the retail lending acquisition lifecycle.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology teams, external vendors, and complex delivery dependencies.
- Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models in regulated environments.
- Exposure to loan origination systems, digital KYC, credit bureau integrations, credit decisioning, or customer relationship management-led acquisition journeys is preferred.
