Delivery Manager
Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱120,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage software implementation and infrastructure projects and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed requirements and timelines.
Lead project planning, status reporting, progress tracking, and delivery governance.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, and drive appropriate resolution.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply Agile project management practices where applicable.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and business requirements.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing Software Implementation projects.
Proven experience managing Infrastructure projects.
Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience managing projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
Strong experience in stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
