Delivery Manager
Summary
Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based projects for a global client, coordinating agile teams using Azure DevOps and Atlassian tools to ensure timely, high-availability software releases.
Step into the role of Delivery Manager with an international digital consultancy that delivers modern cloud solutions and microservices‑based platforms. In this position you’ll guide a key client through the entire software delivery journey, making sure their cloud initiatives translate into measurable business results. You’ll work fully in English with global teams, can be based anywhere in Poland, and the start date is in July.
Key responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end delivery on large, cloud‑native projects built on high‑volume, high‑availability microservices.
Use Azure DevOps and Atlassian tooling to coordinate agile delivery, track progress and keep work visible.
Build structured project plans that clearly show priorities, dependencies, timelines and milestones.
Coordinate releases and the move of working software into production, including handover to managed services and client operations.
Lead and support delivery teams, removing obstacles and taking ownership for results.
Manage stakeholder expectations, adapting communication to their role, influence and interest in the project.
Set up and maintain a practical risk management approach: spotting risks early, planning responses and following up during the project.
Control and report on multiple project budgets (T&M and Fixed Price), understanding how scope and change affect commercial outcomes.
Experiment with new tools, platforms and AI‑based solutions that can speed up delivery and improve collaboration.
Ideal candidate profile
Solid background in delivery or project management in software, ideally in agile and cloud‑oriented environments.
Strong, hands‑on use of Azure DevOps and Atlassian tools for agile project coordination.
English at a fluent level (C1) – everyday work and all recruitment steps are in English with UK‑based colleagues.
Confidence working with spreadsheets and project management tools for planning, tracking and reporting.
Proven experience delivering projects with agile methods and supporting lean engineering practices.
Experience handling several project budgets at once, including T&M and Fixed Price, plus the ability to prepare and compare commercial scenarios.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting and discussing topics with both technical and business stakeholders.
Outgoing, communicative personality, confident in conversation and keen to share knowledge.
Readiness to srat job in July.

Employment type: B2B contract
Salary: to 200 PLN net/h
Work model: 100% remote from any place in Poland

Contract duration: 7 months with possible extension
