Delivery Manager / Project Manager
Summary
Oversee end-to-end delivery of banking collections and recovery applications built on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices, coordinating teams and vendors to deploy on-prem and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Collections & Recovery applications built on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Manage project planning, delivery, risks, stakeholders, and vendor coordination.
- Drive application deployment across On-Premises and Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing Collections & Recovery technology projects in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Good understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and API integrations.
- Experience with On-Premises and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
