Delivery Manager

The opportunity

As a Delivery Manager within Risk Technology, you will be the orchestration point that turns plans into successful outcomes. You will work across product teams, engineers, business stakeholders, operations, compliance specialists, and vendors to coordinate releases, manage dependencies, and ensure new capabilities reach production smoothly and predictably.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building relationships across teams, and taking ownership of delivery outcomes. You won't just manage release calendars. You'll help drive the technology platforms that support customer due diligence, onboarding, merchant identity, regulatory compliance and risk management across a global payments organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Drive Successful Delivery

• Plan, coordinate, and govern technology releases across multiple Risk Technology verticals and platforms
• Ensure readiness across development, testing, operations, and business teams
• Coordinate release windows, deployment activities, and production go-lives
• Monitor release progress and proactively manage risks and issues

Bring Structure to Delivery

• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Ensure teams understand commitments and delivery timelines
• Support delivery planning across multiple initiatives and squads
• Escalate risks early and propose practical solutions

Coordinate Across Stakeholders

• Act as the central point of communication for dev & release status
• Build strong relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations teams, and Risk stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions that unblock delivery
• Ensure decisions, actions, and accountability remain clear

Protect Production Stability

• Support change management and operational readiness activities
• Coordinate release documentation, training readiness, and deployment communications
• Help drive continuous improvement of release and delivery processes
• Contribute to incident reviews and lessons learned activities

Learn and Grow

• Develop expertise in Risk Technology, payments, and regulatory delivery
• Gain exposure to complex enterprise platforms and large-scale transformations
• Work alongside experienced Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Architects, and Technology Leaders
• Build a foundation for future progression into Senior Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, or Risk Technology leadership roles

Essential

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project coordination, delivery management, release management, technology operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Structured problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in software delivery, Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments
• Exposure to risk, compliance, banking, fintech, or payments
• Familiarity with release management, change management, or operational readiness processes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tooling

• Understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
