Delivery & Resourcing Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 £70k Fully Remote

I’m currently working with a growing Microsoft Partner that is expanding its delivery function following continued project growth and a strong pipeline.

They’re looking for a Delivery & Resourcing Manager to take ownership of delivery coordination, Scrum ceremonies and resource management across a busy Microsoft Dynamics environment.

THE ROLE:

• Own and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Run focused, outcome-driven stand-ups, identifying blockers and driving actions
• Manage resource allocation across projects and delivery teams
• Support project planning, prioritisation and delivery
• Work closely with Project Managers, Consultants and technical teams
• Help improve delivery processes, utilisation and overall project performance
• Act as a key point of contact for delivery and resource-related matters

THE CANDIDATE:

• Proven Scrum Master experience
• Strong experience in resource management
• Experience with Microsoft Project Operations, PSA or similar resource management platforms
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience would be beneficial
• Microsoft Partner experience is essential
• Ideally experience within a small or mid-sized consultancy/partner environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously
