Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, responsible, and customer-oriented Delivery Riders (Motorcycle) to join our logistics operations team. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering food, groceries, parcels, and other items safely and efficiently across Singapore. Delivery assignments may include customers from food delivery, grocery delivery, parcel delivery, and other last-mile logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver food, groceries, parcels, and other assigned items safely and on time.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and delivery mobile applications.
• Verify delivery information and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Ensure accurate handling and secure transportation of customer items.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned motorcycle.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or incidents promptly to the operations team.
• Support additional delivery assignments based on operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Primary or Secondary School education.
• Valid Singapore Class 2B, 2A or Class 2 Motorcycle Licence.
• Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food delivery, parcel delivery, courier services, or logistics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation applications.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
