Summary of the Role
Coordinate and manage the supply planning report and actively participate in the Supply Planning process.
Prepare background data to support supply for order fulfillment.
Identify and drive the implementation of opportunities to improve supplier OTIF.
Inventory and Supply optimization report.
BOM transfer process implementation
Conduct Review meetings with BU on Stock availability and inventory management.
Reduce manual report and implement automations report.
Key Functions / Responsibilities
1. Organization Development Strategy
a. Demand
Prepare background data to support Unconstrained Demand forecasting.
Prepare and support the demand meeting and actively participate in the Local S&OP process.
Identify and facilitate the implementation of opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
Ensure that all documentation for the Unconstrained Demand forecasting processes and systems are up-to-date and complies with company standards
b. Supply and Inventory
Ensure that appropriate supplies and stock levels are maintained to meet customer service levels, both within cost restrains and consistent with suppliers ‘lead times’
Build relationship with Sales/Marketing/Suppliers (local, externally) in order to assure the availability of the finished products for distribution towards the customers
Collaborate with the sales support department regarding customer needs and supply availability
Identify, analyse and report potential supply & inventory issues and react properly
Ensure the Purchase order and shipment follow up.
2. People and Culture Building

3. Business Partner for Organisation Development Programs
Close collaboration with the local and Regional teams.

Education & Experience
A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management or equivalent working experience within supply chain planning for minimum 0-2 years
Familiar with Microsoft Office and willing to work with these and other softwares (SAP, PowerBI, Planning tool, power query)
High computer literacy (database experience desirable)
Team player, able to work independently regarding the job context
Understanding of the financial impact of Inventory Management
Excellent working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
