About This Position

We're hiring a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own the build and execution of our demand generation campaigns. Working directly with our Head of Corporate Marketing, this is a hands-on role: the large majority of your time will go to building, running, and measuring campaigns in HubSpot, from segmentation and workflow construction through reporting and analysis.

You'll work at the seam between marketing and sales, owning the operational layer beneath our lead management process — scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and the feedback loop that turns what sales learns in qualification into sharper targeting. We're a small team that extends its capacity through external partners and contractors, so the role is broad by design and you'll have real influence over how campaigns run.

We work AI-first. Our marketing team runs Claude with connectors into HubSpot, Salesforce, and Webflow, which means we interrogate our own campaign data conversationally, draft and iterate assets, and research accounts without delay. You'll be expected to work this way from the start and to keep finding new applications for how we drive pipeline growth.

Clinical laboratory experience is a plus. Hands-on experience building campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub is required, as is genuine fluency with AI as part of how you work, see more below.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute demand generation campaigns in HubSpot end to end: emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, lists, and campaign structure, with QA on everything that ships. AI is how you move fast here, drafting full nurture sequences from a campaign brief and iterating variants, generating and stress-testing workflow logic, and producing subject line variants for testing.
  • Build the segmented, persona-level lists our campaigns run against, downstream of the prioritized target account list our commercial team maintains. Use AI to research those accounts for digital pathology maturity and buying window signals, then turn what you find into segments we can actually campaign against.
  • Own the operations beneath marketing and sales SLAs, including scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and recycling logic, and close the loop with inside sales so what's learned in qualification sharpens how we target. Our business systems team owns Salesforce and the integration; you own the HubSpot side.
  • Own the campaign layer around our industry conference program, from pre-event invitations and meeting booking, through badge data capture and post-event nurture. You’ll also administer our webinar platform for product release webinars and digital events.
  • Build the campaign reporting our leadership relies on, interrogating HubSpot directly with AI to get to answers faster, and bring your own read on what's working, what isn't, which campaigns and events actually produce pipeline, and what need refinement. We want your judgment on top of the output, not the output on its own.
  • Brief, prioritize, and review the work of the external partners and contractors who extend our capacity, and hold their timelines.

What We're Seeking

This role sits between campaign management and marketing operations, and increasingly at the seam between marketing inside sales, and sales directors. We're looking for someone with marketing range, and the experience to back it up.

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or a blend of campaign and marketing operations work.
  • Hands-on experience building in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lists, emails, landing pages, forms, campaign structure, scoring, and reporting, in an environment where it syncs with Salesforce. You build these yourself rather than directing others to build them. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • An AI-first way of working. You reach for Claude or a comparable tool by default for drafting, research, and as a thought partner, and can say specifically where it saves you time and where you've found its limits.
  • Experience building segmented, persona-level lists from a defined account universe, and working with enrichment data and tools.
  • Working knowledge of lead lifecycle and routing operations, including MQL definitions, routing rules, service level agreements, and recycling logic.
  • The ability to build your own reporting and form a view on what it says. You should be comfortable defending an interpretation of your own data, and equally comfortable being challenged on it.
  • Experience working with agency partners and managing contractors is essential.
  • Generalist instincts and genuine comfort on a small team, where scope is broad and priorities shift.

A few additional qualifications would be a plus, though they're not required:

  • Experience marketing to clinical laboratories, or in diagnostics, life sciences, medtech, or another regulated healthcare market.
  • Having built something with AI rather than only prompting it: an automation, a connected workflow, or a repeatable process your team went on to use.
  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools like HubSpot Prospecting Agent, and platforms such as ZoomInfo and Clay.
  • Administration of a webinar or virtual event platform, including integration with a marketing automation system.
  • Named-account or account-based campaign experience in a finite market, measured in hundreds of accounts rather than hundreds of thousands of leads, with long cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Installed-base expansion or customer marketing experience.

Beyond Just Work

Our office environment is designed for creativity and agility: with walls as notepads and couches for collaboration. We're located in the heart of Philadelphia, with views of the city so you can spend your time focusing on what matters most.
