This role for someone who combines strategic campaign thinking with disciplined execution. The right person will understand how to build full-funnel programs, orchestrate work across specialized teams, deploy innovative tactics through the use of AI, use data to make timely decisions, and independently drive programs toward pipeline goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaign Strategy and Execution
Develop integrated campaign strategies and execution plans within the product, audience, market-moment, and business priorities.
Translate high-level go-to-market direction into clear campaign briefs that define:
Business and pipeline objectives
Target audiences and buying committees
Customer needs and pain points
Campaign narrative and offers
Content and asset requirements
Channel roles and handoffs
SDR and Sales activation
Measurement and optimization plans
Own assigned campaigns from planning through launch, ongoing optimization, and final performance analysis.
Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, decisions, risks, and next steps, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout execution.
Ensure campaign work is accurate, complete, properly reviewed, and ready for execution before it moves to leadership or cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage the campaign and promotional calendar for assigned programs while partnering with Demand Generation leadership on overall product-line prioritization and promotional timing.
Use AI and automation to accelerate campaign research, audience development, personalization, briefing, content ideation, testing, and analysis while maintaining appropriate human judgment and review.
Account-Based Marketing
Partner with Demand Generation and Sales leadership to define strategic account priorities, audiences, business objectives, and expected revenue outcomes.
Recommend and manage account tiers and campaign approaches, including one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many programs.

Establish campaign goals and success measures in partnership with Demand Generation leadership, Marketing Operations, SDR leadership, and Sales.

Deliver regular campaign performance updates that clearly communicate:
Progress against goals
Key insights and trends

Lead cross-functional campaign teams with clear expectations, ownership, decisions, deadlines, and follow-through.
Stay current on B2B demand generation, ABM, healthcare marketing, digital channels, buyer behavior, measurement, AI, and marketing technology.
