As a Demand Planner at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. In this job you will:

• Manage suppliers against agreed KPI's including ordered versus received and on time delivery
• Carry out demand planning, forecasting and procurement of imported and local finished goods
• Proactively service customer issues via telephone and email
• Ensure compliance to statutory obligations
• Process improvement

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• 2-3 years demand planning or purchasing/procurement experience
• Understanding of master production schedules
• Supplier Management experience preferred
• Superior communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
