Demand & Supply Manager

At Dr.Max, we are looking for an experienced and analytical Demand & Supply Manager to join our Supply Chain team.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing demand and supply planning across our wholesale operations, pharmacy network and growing e-commerce business. Your focus will be on ensuring product availability, improving inventory efficiency and driving continuous improvement of our supply chain processes.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand and supply plans by combining data-driven forecasts with business insights.
  

• Manage and further develop the Veritico Stock planning tool to optimize replenishment across wholesale warehouses, pharmacies and e-commerce operations.
  

• Analyze inventory performance, optimize stock levels and ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
  

• Participate in strategic projects focused on the development and integration of supply chain processes across the Dr.Max network.
  

• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, E-commerce and other internal teams, as well as external suppliers, to align supply plans with business needs.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency and inventory management processes.
  

• Ensure smooth and reliable demand and supply operations in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field.
  

• Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, replenishment or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector or other relevant wholesale industries.
  

• Experience working with planning and inventory management tools, including ERP systems.
  

• Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  

• Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  

• Excellent written and spoken English.
