Build a Regional Demand Planning Function from the Ground Up
An established multinational FMCG company is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Executive to join its regional supply chain team in Singapore.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a newly created role where you'll play a key part in establishing demand planning processes and supporting business growth across multiple international markets.

What You'll Be Doing
Develop and implement demand planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning frameworks.
Generate and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and commercial inputs.
Monitor forecast accuracy (e.g. MAPE, Bias) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
Translate commercial plans into demand signals for supply planning and execution.
Analyse inventory risks, shortages, and excess stock while driving mitigation plans.
Maintain SKU master data and planning parameters to ensure data accuracy.
Support regional planning activities across multiple ASEAN markets.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning processes, reporting, and data quality.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related function.
Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Beauty, or Retail industries is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Familiar with forecast accuracy measurements such as MAPE, WMAPE, or Bias.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred; Oracle or equivalent will also be considered).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders across regional markets.
Able to read and write Mandarin to liaise with regional headquarters.
