We’re now looking for a passionate Demi Chef - Cold Section to join our team!
Your Mission
As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:
Prepare and plate cold section dishes, including antipasti and salads
Follow Big Mamma recipes and kitchen standards
Work closely with the Chef de Partie, supporting daily prep and service
Help train and support Commis and Prep Chefs
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and full compliance with health & safety standards
Support the kitchen team during busy services with a positive, proactive attitude
About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
Big smile and passion for Italian food
Previous experience as a Demi Chef in a busy cold section
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine
Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills
High energy, reliability and a proactive attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
