At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an attentive and polished Demi Chef de Rang, who will support floor operations and deliver refined dining service to our guests.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Support the Chef de Rang in station service, taking orders for water, bread, and supporting dish delivery.

• Ensure immaculate mis-en-place, table settings, and side-stand preparation prior to service hours.

• Interact politely with guests, providing basic menu information and anticipating immediate needs.

• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently between courses.

• Maintain close communication with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth course timing.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in food service within 4/5-star luxury hotels or upscale restaurants.

• Knowledge of luxury service etiquette and beverage presentation.

• Elegant presentation, politeness, and high attention to detail.

• Strong desire to grow into a Chef de Rang role.

• Fluent in Italian and English.
