About the Role

YellowDoor Hotels is hiring a Demi Chef to keep The Living Room hot kitchen ready for service, deliver consistent dishes, maintain hygiene standards, and support the wider kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients before each service.
• Cook under the direction of the Chef de Partie.
• Follow recipes and plate dishes to agreed standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
