We’re searching for an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain execution for cutting-edge defense programs, partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to drive operational excellence and program success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all supply chain activities supporting high-priority defense technology programs.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams to translate program requirements into actionable supply chain strategies.

  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new and existing components, identifying alternative suppliers and mitigating risks.

  • Establish and monitor key supply chain metrics to continuously improve lead times, inventory levels, and procurement costs.

  • Solve supply chain challenges quickly and proactively through data-driven analysis, process improvement, and hands-on supplier engagement.

  • Support new product introductions by partnering cross-functionally, coordinating material readiness, and enabling seamless transitions from prototype to production.

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and export control requirements (such as ITAR/EAR) for program materials.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans regularly to stakeholders and leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or program management experience, ideally within aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors.

  • Proven track record managing supplier performance and delivering results in complex, highly regulated environments.

  • Expertise in sourcing, contract negotiation, production planning, and logistics.

  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Strong understanding of export control, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to defense technology.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable operating autonomously with urgency and accountability in a high-stakes, mission-focused setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting advanced engineering, hardware, or defense technology programs.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, supplier portals, and supply chain analytics platforms.

  • Experience scaling supply chain operations in fast-growing, venture-backed technology organizations.
