Summary
A Demolition Project Manager owns commercial building demolition projects end to end — estimating from plans and site visits, developing budgets and schedules, then managing field crews, subcontractors, and costs through closeout. The role is on-site/field-based for a specialty demolition contractor serving the Puget Sound region from Woodinville, WA.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Location
This is a full time, on-site and field-based opportunity based in Woodinville, Washington, supporting projects throughout the Puget Sound region. Candidates must currently live within reasonable commuting distance of the area.
Note
Candidates must have at least 2+ years of building demolition estimating and project management experience, preferably within the Puget Sound or Washington construction market. A valid Washington State driver's license and current local residency are required.

Job Description
- Estimate building and selective demolition projects using plans, specifications, site visits, bid documents, and project requirements.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, pricing, schedules, and execution plans.
- Manage demolition projects from award through completion and closeout.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, materials, and project schedules.
- Track project costs, progress, change orders, documentation, and overall financial performance.
- Communicate effectively with general contractors, owners, consultants, municipalities, and internal teams.
- Support safety planning and ensure projects are performed in accordance with company requirements and applicable regulations.
- Identify project risks, solve field challenges, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of directly relevant building demolition estimating and project management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial building demolition, selective demolition, or closely related demolition work.
- Experience working within the Puget Sound or Washington construction market.
- Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients and field teams.
- Valid Washington State driver's license.
- Must currently live within commuting distance of Woodinville, Washington.
