Dental Appointment Setter
WARM INBOUND LEADS. NO COLD CALLING.
Conscious Marketing is hiring a remote Dental Appointment Setter to follow up with people who requested information through dental advertising. You will place follow-up calls to interested leads, not cold prospects or purchased lists.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
USD 3/hour plus USD 3 for each patient who attends and pays the dental practice.
Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Eastern Time, with a one-hour break; 40 working hours per week.
Remote; candidates based in Latin America preferred. Immediate start preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Call and qualify warm leads.
Warm-transfer ready-to-book patients to dental offices.
Follow up and keep accurate call notes and booking outcomes in GoHighLevel.
Coordinate with our team and use Hubstaff for time tracking.
WHAT YOU NEED
Strong spoken and written English. Spanish is preferred, not required.
Customer service, appointment setting, phone sales or call-center experience preferred.
A reliable computer, internet connection, headset and quiet workspace.
Availability for the full schedule. No specific degree or certification required.
