Join CCAP’s Dental Team and build a rewarding career while making a difference in your community!

We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to work alongside our dentists and dental hygienists in providing high-quality, compassionate dental care to patients of all ages. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, connecting with patients, and continuing to grow their skills in a busy community health setting.

As a Dental Assistant, you will support patient care through chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection-control standards, taking responsibility for dental supplies and inventory, and helping keep the clinical day running smoothly.

WHY JOIN CCAP DENTAL?

  • Full-time position with a 4-day workweek
  • 38 hours per week
  • Evenings required
  • Opportunity to gain experience in a comprehensive dental practice
  • Work alongside an experienced and supportive dental team
  • Serve a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact in the community
  • Opportunities to learn, develop your skills, and grow within CCAP
  • Be part of a mission-driven community health organization

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, 38-hour-per-week position scheduled over four days, giving you the benefit of a consistent day off during the workweek.

Our dental practices offer extended hours to make care more accessible to our patients, so some evening availability is required, along with occasional weekend or community-based events.

We value teamwork and flexibility. Depending on patient and program needs, Dental Assistants may occasionally be asked to support another CCAP dental location.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Organized and attentive to infection-control and safety standards
  • Flexible and willing to learn
  • Passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and welcomed

Come grow with CCAP Dental and help us provide accessible, compassionate dental care to the communities we serve.
