What You'll Do

Help keep the clinical day running smoothly while creating a positive experience for every patient.

• Assist chairside during general dental and surgical procedures.

• Prepare treatment rooms, surgical equipment, instruments, and trays for planned procedures.

• Take dental X-rays, panoramic images, and CBCT scans when appropriately trained and authorized.

• Review medical histories and medications, take vital signs, and confirm consent forms are complete.

• Help patients understand oral hygiene recommendations and dentist-directed preoperative and postoperative instructions.

• Clean and disinfect treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and follow infection-control procedures.

• Monitor inventory, organize supplies, and assist with ordering.

• Perform additional clinical duties within your training, credentials, and permitted scope.

• Implant dentistry, including implant systems, bone grafts, and sinus lift procedures

• Surgical instruments and procedure setup

• Dental photography and digital scanning

• Digital design and 3D printing

• Coronal polishing, with appropriate credentials
