Racine Dental Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in Racine, WI!

Do you enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, supporting a great clinical team, and making a difference in people's smiles? We'd love to meet you! We're looking for a dependable Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience who is ready to contribute to a positive, patient-focused practice.

What You'll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control guidelines.

• Take dental X-rays as needed (X-ray certification is not required).

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits.

• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies.

• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.

• Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure efficient patient care.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience required.

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and clinical terminology.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Commitment to patient safety and infection control.

• X-ray certification is not required.

What We Offer

• Full-time schedule:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Pay range: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience.
