Garfield Dental Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule:
- Monday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Our dedicated team includes:
- One Lead Full time Dentist
- One Part Time Dentist
- One FT Front Desk Coordinator
- One FT Registered Dental Hygienist
- Two PT Dental Hygienist
- One FT Dental Assistant
Requirements:
- X-Ray certification in state of MI preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
- CPR certification
- Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
- Integrity-focused work ethic
- Team-player attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
