Finley Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentist and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule:
- Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday 11:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM ( Every other)
Our dedicated team includes:
- One Lead Dentist (experienced)
- One Office Manager
- Two Front Desk Coordinator
- Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
- Two FT Dental Assistant
- One FT EFDA
Requirements:
- X-Ray certification in state of Ohio preferred
- Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
- CPR certification
- Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
- Integrity-focused work ethic
- Team-player attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
