About the Position: This position is located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. The Dental Assistant provides assistance to dentist in treating patients within one of seven clinics across the installation. Working hours are approximately Monday - Friday, 0715 - 1615, excluding federal holidays. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Prepare instruments, equipment, and/or materials for dental procedures.
Utilize radiographic equipment for intra- and extra-oral imaging.
Receive patient for preliminary screening and medical history.
Observe patient throughout treatment for reactions.
Assist dentist with simple and complex procedures.
Pass instruments in anticipation of dentist's needs.
