Registered Dental Assistant – Endodontic Specialty Clinic

We are currently seeking a confident and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join a well-established endodontic specialty practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced dental professional who is comfortable supporting advanced procedures, thrives in a precise clinical setting, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team focused on exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will work closely with the doctor and team to provide outstanding support during endodontic procedures while helping create a calm and positive experience for patients.
The Opportunity
Full-time schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Work within a specialty endodontic environment
Support a variety of endodontic procedures and patient needs
Join an experienced team that values efficiency, collaboration, and quality care
Key Responsibilities
Provide confident chairside assistance during endodontic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to specialty protocols
Assist with emergency patient appointments as needed
Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
Maintain excellent infection prevention and sterilization standards
Complete clinical documentation and charting accurately
Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
Previous dental assisting experience required
Experience with Dentrix and Sidexis will be considered a strong asset
Comfortable and confident assisting with endodontic procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a specialized clinical setting
Flexible and adaptable when emergency patient needs arise
Strong communication and patient care skills
