What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the pediatric dentist during exams and treatment
• Provide excellent chairside support
• Take dental X-rays and assist with restorative and preventive procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Help children feel comfortable and confident during their appointments
• Work closely with parents and caregivers
• Keep the day moving while making sure every child receives great care
• Jump in and support your teammates when needed

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have pediatric dental experience
• Are a Certified Dental Assistant or meet applicable Oregon requirements
• Are confident with your clinical and chairside skills
• Know how to work with kids who may be nervous, wiggly, or simply having a tough day
• Bring patience, positivity, and a good sense of humor to work
• Are dependable and take pride in being someone your team can count on
