Premier Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule:
- Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- *Additional Days may become available
Our dedicated team includes:
- One Lead Dentist (experienced)
- One Associate Dentist
- One Periodontist
- One Office Manager
- Two FT Lead Front Desk Coordinators
- Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
- Two FT Dental Assistant
- One FT Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Requirements:
- X-Ray certification in state of OHIO required
- Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
- CPR certification
- Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
- Integrity-focused work ethic
- Team-player attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
