• Mondays: 6:45 AM – 7:30 PM *hour break between shifts
• Tuesdays: 6:45 AM – 1:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 6:45 AM – 1:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive hygiene care and personalized patient education.
• Build trusting relationships that help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.
• Partner with doctors and team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans and achieve excellent outcomes.
• Create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient, every visit.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold established clinical and safety standards.
• Empower patients to take an active role in their oral health.

What We're Looking For

• An active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing, with no adverse actions.
• A passion for patient care, prevention, and oral health education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative, dependable team player who brings a positive attitude to work.
• Comfortable using/learning dental practice software and Microsoft Office products.
