Dental Hygienist - Bellevue/Fairfield clinic

This position will work work 3 days the Bellevue clinic and 1 day (Thursday) in our Fairfield clinic.

SUMMARY:

Provides quality hygiene care, routine maintenance, non-surgical hygiene therapy, oral home-care instructions. Provides a range of clinical and staff support to a full-range dental services operation. Prepares and maintains dental equipment and supplies in accordance with established protocol, procedures, policies, and standards.
There is a $500 sign on bonus available after 6 months of employment have been completed.
$45.10 - $52.05 DOE.
Employee's are eligible to receive up to $520 on the quarterly bonus.
