As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play an important role in creating exceptional patient experiences while helping patients achieve and maintain their best oral health. What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal charting, oral health screenings, radiographs, digital imaging, fluoride, sealants, and periodontal therapy as appropriate.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the connection between oral health and overall well-being.
  • Build trusting, lasting relationships with patients through compassionate care and excellent communication.
  • Listen to patient concerns, answer questions, and help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
  • Maintain accurate medical histories, clinical documentation, and treatment records.
  • Schedule appropriate follow-up and hygiene appointments to support continuity of care.
  • Follow established clinical standards, D.A.D. procedures, and infection control and sterilization protocols.
  • Work closely with doctors, assistants, and the entire dental team to coordinate patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented office environment.
  • Participate in recalls and assist with other office activities as needed to support the team and patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient care and takes pride in the relationships they build with their patients.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Compassionate, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
  • An excellent communicator who can educate patients in a positive and approachable way.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional, five-star patient care.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality clinical care.
  • A team player who works well with doctors and fellow team members.
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to continued learning and development.
  • Comfortable using dental technology and practice management systems such as Denticon, or similar systems.
  • A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist with the credentials required to practice in Delaware.

What We Offer

  • Full-Time opportunity
  • Paid Time Off
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Company-Provided Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
  • Long-Term Disability Coverage
  • Uniform Allowance
  • Additional voluntary benefits, including Short-Term Disability, HSA, FSA, and HRA
  • Supportive team environment
