Rochelle E. Hackley DDS Dental Spa is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist who brings strong periodontal care, confident patient communication, and a collaborative approach to a busy practice.

Join an eight-operatory office featuring an iTero scanner, SprintRay technology, and an in-office lab. As an Invisalign provider, our practice offers opportunities to support comprehensive care and help patients build healthier, more confident smiles.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

• $65–$75 per hour, depending on experience.

• Full-time position with the ADC benefits package.

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Mondays, Fridays, and weekends off.

This concentrated schedule is ideal for a hygienist who prefers three longer workdays and four days away from the office.

What You'll Do

• Deliver thorough preventive and periodontal care, including cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance within your scope of practice.

• Complete periodontal assessments, charting, prescribed radiographs, and appropriate fluoride and sealant treatments.

• Educate patients about their oral health, explain periodontal care, and reinforce the dentist's treatment recommendations.

• Review medical histories and maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation.

• Partner with the dentist and front office to coordinate treatment, encourage continuing care, and keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently.

• Review appointments for appropriate procedures, appointment lengths, and provider assignments.

• Maintain infection-control standards and a clean, prepared operatory.
