Northwestern Dental Center is seeking a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving 100% fee-for-service practice. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care while maximizing your earning potential, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and digital radiographs
• Provide prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Conduct 1-hour prophy and periodontal maintenance appointments
• Administer local anesthesia and utilize technology such as Overjet AI
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and infection control standards
• Support patient retention and practice goals through exceptional care and communication

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist License
• Local anesthesia certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Patient-focused, team-oriented approach
• Experience with digital radiography and periodontal therapy preferred
