We are looking for an organised Dental Laboratory Technician to manage our in-house dental laboratory while performing hands-on laboratory work. This role combines technical expertise with laboratory coordination to ensure high-quality and timely patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Dental Laboratory
- Fabricate, repair, and modify retainers, mouthguards, whitening trays, and other removable appliances.
- Pour and trim models, perform digital scanning, and maintain quality standards.
- Complete laboratory work accurately and on schedule.
Laboratory and Dental Equipment Management
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and workflow.
- Coordinate cases with dentists and external laboratories.
- Maintain dental equipment, inventory, licensing, documentation.
- Ensure quality control, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Train staff, improve workflows, and support continuous service excellence.
