About the Role:
Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations in Orange, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Manage scheduling, patient intake, and appointment coordination for optimal provider productivity
- Handle dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable
- Supervise and support front desk staff, including training and performance management
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and follow-up care
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless office workflow and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of dental office management or senior dental front office experience
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding (CDT), and claims processing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Experience with HIPAA regulations and dental compliance standards
- Positive, patient-centered attitude with a professional demeanor
