Lake Zurich, IL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends | $55,000–$65,000 per year

Lead a high-performing practice and build an exceptional team, without the bureaucracy of a corporate DSO. A highly respected, 100% doctor-owned group is looking for a strong operational leader to run its established Lake Zurich office. You'll have direct access to the doctors, a modern technology stack and a patient base that already loves the practice.

The work

• Lead daily operations of a busy dental practice
• Coach, mentor and develop front office and clinical team members
• Drive schedule optimization, production and collections
• Oversee insurance processing, treatment coordination and accounts receivable
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and operational compliance
• Build a positive, accountable, patient-centered culture

• 100% doctor-owned: no private equity or outside investors
• Fee-for-service and PPO patients only

Schedule

Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends.

What you need

• 3+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling and treatment presentation
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
• A stable employment history with demonstrated career growth
• Denticon experience preferred, not required

Compensation and benefits

• $55,000–$65,000 per year
