Dental Surgeon

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dental care services, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures, at the Company's designated dental clinics.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Devote the necessary time, attention, and professional expertise to the delivery of clinical services on behalf of the Company.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to promote patient satisfaction, retention, and continuity of care.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the practice by supporting patient acquisition, providing excellent patient experiences, and participating in practice development initiatives.
• Accurately maintain patient records and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Charge professional fees and collect payments in accordance with the Company's established billing, financial, and administrative procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, clinic staff, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient care.
• Comply with the Company's clinical protocols, infection control standards, workplace safety requirements, and quality assurance policies.
• Attend and actively participate in Company meetings, training sessions, continuing education programs, and corporate events as required.
• Undertake clinical, administrative, operational, or management responsibilities as assigned to support the Company's business objectives.
• Perform any other duties, projects, or ad hoc assignments as reasonably assigned by the Company or immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Singapore Dental Council.
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or an equivalent dental qualification recognized by the Singapore Dental Council.
