We are specifically seeking an experienced dentist with a mandatory interest in purchasing this practice in the future. This role is a structured stepping stone to a full buyout, allowing you to get to know the team, the patients, and the business before taking over the reins.

The Details:

The Future: Mandatory interest in a future practice purchase/buyout required.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (Flexible FT or PT). Closed Saturday, and Sunday!

Patient Mix: Adults & Children

Pay & Benefits: $250K - $300K per year + Full Benefits.

Experience Level: We are looking for experienced dentists (no new grads, please).
