The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our Sunshine Dental Group team from December onwards, initially working 2 days per week, with Wednesdays being a key requirement. There is flexibility around the working days for the right candidate, with the opportunity to establish a strong patient base and grow your clinical days over time.

This opportunity would suit a dentist confident in complex treatment planning and comprehensive restorative dentistry, with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry. Whether you are already providing composite bonding, veneers and anterior crowns or looking to expand your skills through further training and CPD, we would love to hear from you.

You will be joining an established practice with access to advanced digital technology, a modern clinical environment and the support of the wider National Dental Care network.

About You

• Ideally 5+ years of clinical experience, although dentists with 3–5 years' experience will be considered if they demonstrate the right clinical capabilities.

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.

• Confident in comprehensive treatment planning and managing complex restorative cases, ideally including implants, crowns, bridges and full-mouth restorations.

• A strong interest in cosmetic dentistry, particularly composite bonding, veneers and anterior crowns, with experience in these procedures or a commitment to further training.

• Excellent communication skills, with a patient-centred approach focused on education, trust and high-quality clinical outcomes.

• An interest in implants, clear aligners or orthodontics would be advantageous.

• Available to work two days per week initially, ideally including Wednesdays.
