Senior Associate Dentist – Carnegie, VIC (Full-Time, 4–5 Days per Week)

About Carnegie Dental

Carnegie Dental is a thriving, community-focused practice in Carnegie, Victoria, built on a genuine commitment to quality dentistry, patient care and clinical excellence.

Since opening with just one chair in 2019, we have grown into an eight-chair clinic with 13 associates and a trusted reputation in our community. In January 2026, we joined the National DentalCare (NDC) family, with our original owners continuing to lead the practice and maintain the culture that has made us successful.

Open seven days a week, we combine the personal feel of an independently run practice with the support, resources and professional development opportunities of a national dental group.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Dentist to join our Carnegie team on a full-time basis, working 4–5 days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, experienced clinician who enjoys working across general and complex dentistry, takes pride in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning, and wants to grow their patient base in a well-established, busy practice.

You'll be joining a collaborative team with experienced clinicians, highly capable dental assistants and dedicated operational support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes while building a rewarding and successful practice.

What We Offer

  • Strong Earning Potential: Our highest-billing associates exceed $1 million in annual billings, demonstrating the opportunity available to clinicians who build and maintain a strong patient base.

  • Full-Scope Dentistry: Deliver a broad range of treatments in-house, including complex dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, crown and bridge work, sleep sedation and general anaesthesia.

  • Advanced Technology: Work with TRIOS 5 and two iTero intraoral scanners, a brand-new ZUMAX onsite microscope and an internal dental laboratory.

  • Modern Clinical Facilities: We are midway through a major chair upgrade, with four new dental chairs already installed this year.

  • Exceptional Chairside Support: Work alongside highly qualified dental assistants, many of whom have overseas dental training and bring a strong understanding of clinical procedures.

  • A Strong Patient Pipeline: Benefit from significant investment in marketing, an established patient base and a dedicated patient care team focused on supporting your appointment book.

  • Efficient Practice Systems: Our active practice management team and established systems help you concentrate on clinical care and patient relationships.

  • Professional Development: Access NDC CPD incentives, internal training courses and ongoing professional and personal support.

  • Flexibility to work within a seven-day practice environment, with a commitment to providing accessible, high-quality patient care.

  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued success of the Carnegie team.

  • Apply now to explore the Senior Associate Dentist opportunity at Carnegie Dental, proudly part of National DentalCare.
